What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

If you plan on getting any workout equipment I recommend Dumbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and medicine balls. If you have any any of these you can get a good workout in at home .

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

I like to think what differentiates me from the other guys is the will to push and motivate my clients and really help them grow and become better. I have a real passion for this line of work and I love to help people reach their full potential and goals, I want to help them achieve their dreams.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

If you want me to come up with a strict diet plan for you to follow It costs $15 per plan. The plan will include your daily calorie intake what meals to eat and how many meals to eat a day for you to gain or lose weight depending on your fitness goal.
